| Krispy Kreme turns out to be a pleasant visit | |||||||||||||||||

| Today I went to Krispy Kreme with my companion and soon to be wife Barbara. She was really craving some doughnuts. I guess your wondering why it seems that Im dedicating this page to Krisp Kreme, well actually Im not. Im dedicating a large portion to the guy that was working there who really cared about my happiness. Sound crazy?,well it is infact probably rediculouse. So here I go with my story Today as I was at Krispy kreme in Savannah Ga. I was checking out how they had the place set up It had a plexi glass window so you could see how they made doughnuts. This was great it reminded me of when I was a kid going to the automated car wash how everything worked on it's own. It was like going to a Krispy Kreme feild trip when I was in Elementary school. conveyer belts dragged hundreds of doughnuts through boiling oil and then they were glazed with a big machine. As we were enjoying our snack and talking about the process jokingly, One of the employees asked me if I ever had a hot one freshed cooked. I said no. Five minutes later he was sticking his head over the counter and sneaking us a hot one. It was as if only a Krispy Kreme employee was allowed to taste this great specimen of rare and true doughnut life. His co workers were leashing out at him "hey man what are you doing"!!!!!? But he calmly explained " hey they never had a hot one!!" I could not believe it this guy was sticking his neck out for me so I could have a "hot one" I guess My first reaction was "who cares" , but I soon realized this guy is truly real | ||||||||||||||||

| Hey if you haven't seen The Taxi Driver with Robert De Nero watch it you won't be dissipointed very cool movie. If Jack Karaoac is the father of the Beat Generation then De Nero is the godfather of the Punk Generation must see it Don't let the punk statement pull you away but it really is a core film and very exciting on the edge of your seet type drama if that's believable. ********.5 for this great film | ||||||||||||||||
